SUBMISSIONS FOR THE 2021 SPRING ISSUE ARE NOW OPEN!
The Foredge Review is seeking young, passionate, and dedicated editors and designers. Our mission is to amplify young, under-represented voices, including in our own editing team. Join us as we expand our magazine and help shape the direction that it develops in.
We have several open positions that cater to a variety of skill sets and interests. Please send your CV and cover letter to foredgereview@gmail.com if you think you are a good fit for any of the positions listed below. Please note that, at this time, these are unpaid, remote volunteer positions.
Prose Editor
Prose editors are responsible for assessing submissions and their fit for The Foredge Review. These editors should be avid readers and writers and ready to work collaboratively in a team.
Poetry Editor
Our poetry editors work together to evaluate poetry submissions and curate pieces for our poetry section. Applicants should be experienced in critiquing and analyzing poetry.
Website Manager
Our website manager will be responsible for the upkeep of the foredgereview.com website. This includes periodically updating the site's design and content. As we plan to begin hosting the site using a custom wordpress.org theme, applicants should have some experience with PHP and CSS.
Social Media Manager
Our social media manager will be responsible for heading the magazine's online presence. This not only involves promoting the magazine, but also contributing to online discussions and cementing our magazine's ethos.
